DOGWOOD
Dogwood also known as Apple Blossom and Wild Rose was made by the MacBeth-Evans Glass Company form 1929-1932.
COLORS: PINK, GREEN, SOME CRYSTAL, MONAX, CREMAX AND YELLOW.
Dogwood is one of the five most collected patterns in depression glass. Pink is the most popular color collected. Green is difficult to find. This set has several size bowls, plates and tumblers. Comes complete with all kinds of servering pieces, 2 style of cups, coasters, pitchers, and a solid footed cake plate.
There have been a few pieces found in pink with the pattern silk screened applied.
In yellow, only a cereal bowl and luncheon plate have been found.
The Monax (white milkglassish) and Creamax (cream color milkglassish) are rare colos in this pattern. A salver turned out to be readily available in this the creamax.
